Apply your favorite foundation primer and then apply the Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Foundation Stick in strokes across your face. Take a blending sponge, like the Beauty Blender, and blend the foundation evenly. For more coverage, apply the stick to the areas that you would like to cover and blend with the sponge again. Apply three dots of Tarte Shape Tape under each eye and blend with your sponge. For an ultra matte and flawless complexion, apply a thin layer of foundation powder on top your face to set. In my case, I used the Anna Sui Matte Powder Foundation in #202 to set.
I usually start with contour and highlight first, so I reach for my Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze kit and a fluffy angled brush. Starting from my ear, I create a line to my mouth and blend it out. I throw a bit of the bronzer on my hairline and on my jawline to contour. The highlighter in this kit is very pigmented, so I dip a domed fluffy brush lightly in the powder and pat it on my cheekbones.
For the eyes, I use the Wet N Wild Photofocus Primer first, then I started using the “Babysilvery-taupe shadow from Kylie Cosmetics on the lid with a flat brush. Then, using a crease blending fluffy brush, I dip into “Love Letter also from the Kylie Cosmetics kit, a pinky coral matte shadow and blend that through the crease area. I take a smaller blending brush and using Love Letter again, and applied it on the lower lash line area. Then taking the Charlotte Tilbury Color Chameleon pencil in Amber Haze, I applied a line across the lower lash line and blended that in with the pink shadow to create a smokey look. On the top lid, I applied the Wet N Wild H2O Liquid Eyeliner in Black and make sure to create a dramatic wing. Then, using the L’Oreal Matte Matic liner in Black, I filled in my lower waterline.
You can apply one coat of mascara, or just put the lashes on without it. I used the Violet Voss “Eye Need Youlashes and applied two coats of mascara on the bottom lashes.
On the cheeks, I applied the Laura Geller Baked Blush in Tropic Hues.
For the lips, I applied the Make Up For Ever lip liner in 5C and blended it in just slightly outside of my natural lip line. Then, from the Kylie Cosmetics Sweetheart kit, I applied the liquid lipstick Dolce K and topped that with the accompanying lip gloss called Literally.
